Rules and Regulations for Students
- Greet the faculty whenever you are coming across to them
- Use of mobile is strictly prohibited ( in break don’t use mobile in front of faculty)
- You suppose to stand up from your place if any faculty visiting your area.
- Regularly read notice board literatures.
- Report in college sharp 9 am &Attend prayer regularly
- Visit library regularly and issue books for notes preparing.
- Prior permission need to be taken for leave (leave are only permitted for sickness & unavoidable family rituals)
- Clinical 100% attendance is mandatory in case of absenteeism compensation of leave to be done.
- For any complaints / query contact to your class coordinator only. Class coordinator will address your concern to appropriate channel.
- Complete uniform is mandatory. ID card is compulsory. For boys clean shaving is recommended. Give attention on your grooming & attire.
- Maintain discipline.
Action for not following discipline
- Late coming - Parents need to be informed by class coordinator, need to write explanation letter in A4 Size blank page, 2 lectures not allowed to seat in class room. If found no improvement need to stand outside of the class until further order.
- Not wearing complete uniform- parents need to be informed by class coordinator, need to write explanation letter in A4 Size blank page, need to stand outside of the class until further order.
- Using Mobile phone& other accessories- parents need to be informed by class coordinator, 500 Rs Fine upto 2 time rule break and if repeating consecutively 3 times then permanently phone will be kept under custody of college.
- Fail to give respect& follow discipline in above said terms- need to have topic presentation (topic will be given by concern faculty in front of class and will be evaluated by same concern faculty.
